As a Life Coach, I believe in guiding my clients towards discovering their own inner strength with the help of God's Spirit, resilience and wisdom. I believe everyone has the ability and the right  to create a fulfilling and meaningful life with peace, void of abuse. I am here to help you achieve that.

Although I have a minor in psychology and a major in music, it was the School of Hard Knocks that boosted my interest in serving the public. Life should be sweet, full of love and happiness. Void of abuse of any kind. When Childhood abuse, sexual or otherwise and adult Narcissistic abuse is prevalent, to seek outside help is wise. 

I offer one-on-one coaching sessions by phone, text message, or email.  My areas of expertise include relationship coaching, and personal development.
